Approachable & Responsive


I typically do not review for real estates, but the service I received from Michelle Murray of Alive Realty is the exception. She put human feelings into the whole experience and I never felt like just a tenant, or just a 'number', I felt taken care of. She was extremely helpful, approachable and responsive to me during my whole tenancy period and Michelle genuinely cares, making sure to familiarise herself with what I was comfortable with or experiencing at all times. I have never come across a real estate agent this good and so professional. She even went above and beyond outside of working hours in order to resolve an issue on one occasion, which was not expected, but greatly appreciated under challenging circumstances. I am so grateful for everything Michelle did for me. If I could, I would wish for her to be my agent all the time. It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle and I would highly recommend her and Alive Realty to any tenant or landlord leasing out a property. Thank you thank you!
